Privacy Statement of Child and Adolescent Medical Center (“Iliaktida“)
In this Privacy Statement, we describe how Iliaktida collects personal and / or sensitive data, how the data are used and what are the rights of a person whose data are being processed by Iliaktida.

Data removal: We delete the data we have received when it is no longer reasonably necessary to retain it for permitted purposes or otherwise when we are not otherwise authorised to retain such data. Due to the nature of our services, the importance of the data we have, and the significant impact on individuals in the event of loss of medical records, we store data for a significant amount of time.
Your rights: Depending on the case, you have the following rights:
- Ask to receive a copy of your personal data held by Iliaktida.
- Correct any inaccurate data we hold about you.
- Complain in relation to or restrict the use of your personal data.
- Request to remove your personal data or that of the child for whom you have parental responsibility.
- To submit a complaint in the event you have concerns about how we handle your data.
